We offer a free, no obligation layout design service. To take advantage of this service, please complete the form below.

STEP 1: Fill out the form below as completely as possible and submit the form. 

STEP 2: Send us a list of your menu items and any logos or graphics as may be applicable. A Mainstreet Menus representative will contact you regarding submitting that information after we receive the completed form below, or you can submit it separately by emailing it to us at info@mainstreetmenus.com, or faxing it to us at 262-782-6515.

Mainstreet Menus is pleased to offer one menu board layout design and one revision free of charge to all customers furnishing complete layout information. Should additional revisions need to be made, we will require a non-refundable down payment of $200 before proceeding with the revisions. The down payment will be applied to your order if placed within 90 days of the original layout request.

The first design will be sent to you via email in about 3-5 business days from receipt of your completed design request form and list of your menu items.  Once we receive design approval and a purchase order or payment, the completed system ships within 10-15 business days.  The entire design and production process averages 4-6 weeks.

NOTES ON COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEMS:
The Mainstreet Menus Drive-thru menu board can be purchased with or without a speaker and microphone built-in. Only our speaker and microphone will fit the in-board option. The remote speaker post also comes with or without the speaker/microphone combination, and will accommodate most independent supplier's equipment. We do not offer the communication headset systems - you must purchase this from another source. Some suppliers offer communication system "bundles" that include the speaker/microphone, and you may want to get a quote before deciding if you want our in-board speaker and microphone or a remote speaker post.
