Refresh! Clean Up! Reorganize!

With the New Year here and the FDA menu labeling mandate fast approaching, the time to refresh your menu board is now. But adding calories isn’t the only reason for change – how about making your menu board more engaging and user-friendly?

A menu board redesign is an opportunity to increase the speed of service for your staff and dining guests; re-organizing and simplifying your menu listings to be the best of what you have to offer will allow your kitchen crew to do what they do best – create great meals for your guests. Your dining guests will appreciate the simple descriptions versus reading long detailed ho-hum text about the food.


What do they see?

. And while you are at it, how about thinking “new products”? This is a great time to add or update menu items; your guests are always looking for a new food experience at their favorite restaurants. Ask your steady customers what they would like to see – repeat guests who have a sense of ownership will help expand your customer base by inviting friends to try a favorite dining experience.

Now that you are thinking FRESH, translate those new and updated menus into interesting food imagery.
