      Why is my Timer not tracking time correctly?

      If your Delphi Timer System does not seem to be tracking time correctly please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.

      Possible causes:

      • Faulty wiring
      • Faulty loop
      • Faulty loop board

      Troubleshooting Actions:

      1. Verify correct wiring and connections
      2. Verify Timer is plugged in and on
      3. OHM readings from a disconnected loop should be greater than 100 megaohms from loop to earth ground if less need new loop
      4. Unplug timer wait 3min and plug in
      If  after trying the steps above your Timer System is still not tracking time correctly please contact Call Delphi Support @ 800-456-0060, press Option 1, then 9, then 2
