Graphic Production Capabilities
Printing
• Large format high-quality digital printing capabilities on various rigid and roll substrates (see below).
• UV LED curable printing on rigid media up to 48” wide x 96” long and up to 2” max thickness.
• Latex roll-to-roll printing on roll media up to 54” wide x roll length.
Cutting
The high-speed precision cutting and routing system can route up to 4’x8’ sheets and up to a 2” thickness. It is ideal for processing aluminum, wood, plastics, and composite materials.
• Score - A knife cut that goes partially into the material thickness. Ideal for folding thicker materials.
• Cut (Thru-cut) - A knife operation that cuts the whole way through the material thickness.
• Kiss Cut - A knife cut that goes through the top layer of an adhesive-backed vinyl, leaving the backing layer intact.
• Routing - Similar to the cut operation listed above, a routing bit is used instead of a knife/blade when cutting raw materials thicker than 2mm and up to 13mm.
• Engraving - Similar to the routing operation listed above, an engraving bit is used instead of a knife/blade. An engraving bit removes material from a rigid substrate, leaving behind a desired design or pattern. This process is often used for depth cuts.

Understanding Timelines and Lead Times
Graphic orders are typically produced and shipped within 5 - 10 business days after final layout approval and payment are complete.
Our production artist will make sure all quantities, sizes, colors, materials, etc., match your specific request(s). The graphics team works closely with our assembly team to bring your unique project to life. Upon completion, assembly prepares for shipment.
Rush Orders
Rushes are orders that come to the graphics department to be produced within 3 days. These orders can create stops between current orders and jobs. Doing so can push out the timeline on other jobs/orders in line. Our printers and cutters rely on a smooth timeline to complete orders. Rush orders do have an extra fee.
