Brookfield, WI - Since joining The Howard Company in November 2017, Sara Sina has made a remarkable impact through her commitment to our Core Values, creativity, and leadership. In her previous role as Vice President of Operations, she pioneered innovative purchasing methods, enhanced inventory control, improved employee onboarding, and coordinated key projects. In December 2023, she was promoted to President, further solidifying her influence within the company.
As President and CEO, Sara will now oversee the strategic planning and execution of the company's goals, managing day-to-day operations while continuing to build on our success. Her focus will be on driving growth, fostering innovation, and ensuring operational excellence.
